URGENTLY seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for our busy CPA firm as a Full-Time Temporary Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk in our Albany, NY office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a professional accounting environment.
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Perform scanning and data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Assist with coordination of building maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in Albany, NY office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
