Job description

E-Logic is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to provide professional engineering support for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of Government facilities. The selected candidate will support multidisciplinary project teams by preparing engineering designs, reviewing technical documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional electrical engineering support for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance of Government facilities.
  • Prepare and review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
  • Support the development of electrical system designs for facility construction and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and Government stakeholders throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with applicable project requirements, engineering standards, and building codes.
  • Provide technical recommendations and engineering support during planning, design, construction, and project close-out activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
  • U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional electrical engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and engineering design practices.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Location: Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051). The position requires frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base. TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period. While performing work at NSA Bahrain, employees may be required to work in austere environments due to damaged facilities and must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
