About The Company:

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support desktop hardware, end users, and IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and gain experience across multiple areas of IT support.

Job Description:

We're looking for an IT Technician to provide desktop support, deploy hardware, manage IT assets, and assist with infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role involving computer imaging, inventory management, equipment deployments, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution—not a traditional call-center Help Desk position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
  • Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and equipment shipments.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs and device lifecycle activities.
  • Resolve and escalate support tickets as needed.
  • Assist with networking and infrastructure projects.
  • Support end users and collaborate with internal IT teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Desktop support or IT technician experience.
  • Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
  • Computer imaging and hardware support.
