Location: Birmingham, AL (Local candidates only)

Work Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Healthcare Data Analyst or SQL Developer looking to grow into the Epic ecosystem. The team is open to candidates who do not already have Epic experience and is willing to train and support Epic certification for the right person. You’ll join a highly collaborative, data-driven healthcare environment and work on impactful initiatives, including regulatory and clinical data projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and datasets
  • Support large-scale data initiatives, including CMS price transparency reporting
  • Work with complex healthcare data and validate data accuracy across systems
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions using SQL Server and related tools
  • Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to support data needs

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in SQL development
  • Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and metrics
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical data environment preferred
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Birmingham, AL

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
