Networking opportunities: The site's environment allows security officers to interact with a diverse mix of people, from employees to visitors. Responsibilities of Concierge Security Guard Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Conduct security screenings using walk-through and handheld metal detectors, including wanding individuals as needed, to detect prohibited or unauthorized items and maintain a safe and secure environment. Provide a welcoming and professional presence across the venue Assist with directions, general inquiries, and visitor support Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and coordinate emergency teams Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secure areas and protect property and exhibits Control ingress and egress for both guests and employees Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Collaborate with site management and the security team to ensure site safety Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S

Customer service experience not required but welcomed (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, theme park, or similar. We want you!) Previous security experience operating walk-through and handheld metal detectors. Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr.

BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process) Strong report writing skills Strong proficiency with technology If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better.
