Job description

The work

The SAP Materials Management (MM) Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring procurement and inventory management process and ensuring process aligned with company's strategic objectives. The Functional Consultant will work closely with Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements
  • Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
  • Business process design and system analysis
  • Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
  • Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
  • Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts

Here's what you need:

  • 2 + years SAP ECC or S/4HANA Order Management experience
  • Quality Management (QM) experience
  • Integration experience with cross-process teams, CO, FI, SD and PP
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
  • Experience in SAP MM Purchasing and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
