Duration: Long-Term Contract (12+ Months)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce platform in a fast-paced semiconductor/high-tech environment. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration and development responsibilities and requires a professional who can work directly with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver scalable Salesforce capabilities.

Candidates must have SalesForce experience for a product based environment (for example manufacturing or high-tech industry.environment etc.), and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce, including user management, security, profiles, permissions, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and data quality processes.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
  • Create and optimize automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and other tools.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and drive continuous platform improvements.
  • Participate in release management, testing, deployment, and change control processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and data migration projects.
  • Candidates must have SalesForce experience for a product based environment (for example manufacturing or high-tech industry.environment etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer operations, and business process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior business stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other SF products.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and business processes commonly found in semiconductor or high-tech organizations.
