Job Title: Driver
Job Description
This role involves safely loading, transporting, and delivering materials and products to vendors and businesses throughout the Twin Cities area. When not on the road, the driver operates a forklift to move materials and organize deliveries on site, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all shipments.
Responsibilities
- Load materials and products onto a box truck in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.
- Transport and deliver items to vendors and other businesses throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
- Operate a box truck in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on time, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Use a forklift on site to move, stage, and organize materials and deliveries.
- Assist with organizing the loading area and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and on-site staff.
- Follow all safety procedures while driving, loading, unloading, and operating equipment.
- Support other logistics and warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Essential Skills
- Valid Class D driver’s license. (CDL) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of box truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Safe and reliable driving skills with a strong focus on compliance and safety.
- Ability to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Strong time-management skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required documentation accurately.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
