Description

The consultant will be taking calls from internal customers regarding issues within their ERP solution which is built in RPG on the iSeries. These can be calls from anywhere in the manufacturing process from intake of orders to production to delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience in RPG programming so that he/she can diagnose and troubleshoot issues that are system or programming. If it is a deep programming issue, then it will be passed to the programming team. If it is more of a systems issue, he/she will troubleshoot and provide a solution through programming and/or systems changes. This individual works closely with the EDI team as well and any experience with EDI is a huge plus. They use Gentran, but other EDI tools are also helpful. This role is 8-5 eastern time.

This is a Contract position based out of Battle Creek, MI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
