Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a polished, customer-focused Receptionist to join a well-known property management company in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys serving as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors while keeping a busy office running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Receptionist will create a welcoming, responsive experience for everyone who contacts or visits the office. This person will manage a high volume of incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, support administrative operations, and assist with property-management-related communications and documentation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong professionalism, a helpful demeanor, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls; take detailed messages and provide accurate basic information
  • Respond to general inquiries by phone, email, and in person, escalating maintenance, leasing, resident, and vendor concerns to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front-desk and reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, packages, and incoming correspondence
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and preparation of routine correspondence and office documents
  • Support leasing, property management, maintenance, and accounting teams with administrative projects as needed
  • Help schedule appointments, coordinate visitor access, and maintain calendars or meeting spaces
  • Track office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory needs
  • Handle confidential resident, company, and financial information with discretion
  • Represent the company with a courteous, service-oriented attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer-service experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous receptionist, front-desk, administrative assistant, leasing office, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
  • Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, interruptions, and a steady flow of calls and visitors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
  • Comfortable learning property management software and internal office systems
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, multifamily housing, or a service-based office environment is a plus, but not required
