SENIOR AUTOMATION ENGINEER- ROBOTIC AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of advanced robotic automation systems for a billion-dollar analytical testing services
company at their Center of Excellence!
This role is instrumental in implementing cutting-edge technologies that improve operational efficiency, elevate productivity, and uphold the highest standards of process quality. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to innovation and automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Robotic Automation System Design and Development:
Design, optimize, and manage end-to-end robotic systems across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
Enhance systems for optimal performance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Programming and Control:
Develop and implement control algorithms for robotic motion and task execution.
Write, test, and refine software for a variety of automation use cases.
System Integration:
Integrate robotic systems into commercial laboratory or industrial environments.
Build communication interfaces for seamless interaction with equipment, instruments, and Laboratory
Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
User Interface (UI) Design:
Design user-friendly interfaces to simplify operation and control of automated systems.
Testing and Validation:
Conduct thorough testing to verify system performance, safety, and quality compliance.
Analyze performance data and refine systems accordingly.
Documentation:

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise
