Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Robotics & Automation Engineer (m/w/d) in Paderborn – mit regelmäßigen Einsätzen bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
Deine Aufgaben- Roboterprogrammierung & Inbetriebnahme: Du programmierst und integrierst Industrieroboter mit unserer hauseigenen Automatisierungssoftware und bindest SPS, Sensorik und Peripheriegeräte in reale Produktionsumgebungen ein.
- Vor-Ort-Einsätze & Kundenabnahme: Du bist regelmäßig beim Kunden im Einsatz und übernimmst Installation, Test, Fehlerbehebung sowie die Begleitung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Testing & Validierung: Du führst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Funktions- und Abnahmetests (FAT/SAT) durch und stellst die Systemleistung sicher.
- Technische Abstimmung im Projekt: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Engineering und Projektleitung zusammen.
- Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, um Projekte nachvollziehbar und skalierbar zu machen.
- Standardisierung & Presales-Support: Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen ein und unterstützt bei der Bewertung neuer Projekte.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Robotik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar.
- Du hast mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Industrierobotern (z. B. Universal Robots, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa) in einem realen Produktionsumfeld.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Hochsprachenprogrammierung (idealerweise Python) sowie im Umgang mit Linux mit.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Automatisierungssystemen und idealerweise SPS-Systemen (z. B. Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT oder Codesys).
- Idealerweise hast du erste Berührungspunkte mit Vision-Systemen oder Sensorik.
- Kenntnisse in Simulationstools (z. B. RoboDK, Visual Components) sind ein Plus.
- Du bist bereit für eine Reisetätigkeit von ca. 40 % im Monat, inklusive regelmäßiger, teilweise mehrtägiger Vor‑Ort‑Einsätze beim Kunden.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sind erforderlich, da ein großer Teil der Arbeit direkt beim Kunden und im Produktionsumfeld stattfindet.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1) sollten ebenfalls vorhanden sein.
