Join Indiana University Health's Morgan Primary Care Clinic, a collaborative outpatient practice focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care through preventive services, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment plans. In this 32-hour-per-week onsite role, the RN provides direct patient care, supports nurse visits, assists with in-office procedures and treatments, enters provider-directed orders, and delivers patient education and follow-up care. Responsibilities also include managing nurse visit schedules, completing prior authorizations, and monitoring high-priority provider inbox messages to ensure timely patient care. Qualifications:

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
