Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days & Nights Available

Compensation
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Nights) / $7,500 (Days)
Relocation Assistance: Available via sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment

Additional Earnings:
- Queue Care Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Shift Differential: 15% of base rate

Join a 29-bed Medical Surgical unit. With a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, this unit provides care for a mix of medical, surgical, and oncology patients requiring IV therapy, tracheostomy care, incision management, pain control, and ongoing post-operative monitoring.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care for medical-surgical and oncology patients
- Manage IV therapy, wound care, and tracheostomy support
- Monitor post-surgical and medical patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Will train RNs of all experience levels
- BSN required or completion within 5 years (enrollment within 6 months)
