Job description

Job Summary for Valley Regional Hospital (Temporary RN Need)
- Location: Rural, small facility (Valley Regional Hospital, NH)
- Department: Outpatient Services (Lab, Audiology, Occupational Health)
- Unit: Very small, requires independent work and ability to โ€œhit the ground runningโ€
- Travel Requirement: Must have own vehicle; local travelers (within 50 miles) not eligible
- License Requirement:
- New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be uploaded with submission)
- NH or Compact RN license (must be in-hand at submission, no pending allowed)
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years recent clinic/primary care experience
- Minimum 2 years current triage experience
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
- Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
- Job Duties:
- Provide outpatient services in lab, audiology, and occupational health
- Perform and support blood draws, hearing evaluations, immunizations, physicals, drug/alcohol testing, TB, and vision tests
- Work independently and efficiently in a rural clinical environment
- Scheduling:
- All requested time off must be submitted with application (no more than 5 days RTO accepted)
- No scheduling requests accepted after submission
- Required to work 2 major holidays (from specified list)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (AHA)
- Dress Code:
- Personal scrubs of any color
- Other Details:
- No call/call-back
- Submission Requirements:

- All time-off and scheduling requests included at initial submission
