Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: PRN/As Needed/Per Diem
Compensation:
$52.00 per Hour

Using independent and interdependent judgment, the Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed. In collaboration with the physician, the Dialysis RN assures implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.

  • Initiating an on-going systematic assessment of patients.
  • Providing nursing care to meet the needs of the hemodialysis patient.
  • Interpreting assessment data and information.
  • Collaborating with providers regarding the dialysis treatment plan.
  • Performing hemodialysis as prescribed.
  • Teaching and counseling patients/families.

Minimum requirements:

  • Valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License.
  • At least one (1) year of Hemodialysis experience
  • BLS required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:

  • Hemodialysis in the acute care setting or acute care experience
