Location: Chesapeake (Carmichael), VA 23322
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Chesapeake (Carmichael), VA. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
