We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our growing team! Your Impact as a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN

In this role, you will:

  • Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

  • Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

  • Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.

  • Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.

  • Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.

  • Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.

  • Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

  • Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
