ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you’ll usually find me staying active — I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.
We care deeply about how we show up for our customers and our community. Giving back matters to us, and we’re intentional about supporting charities and staying involved locally in meaningful ways. We believe the work we do goes beyond policies — it’s about protecting families, supporting small businesses, and helping people feel confident about their future.
For our team, we offer PTO (with opportunities to earn extra time off through challenges), 401k, health benefits, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. Our office culture is upbeat, fun, and fast-paced — we keep music on, we love friendly competition, and we celebrate wins together. We focus on constant improvement, learning from mistakes, and always staying connected to the “why” behind what we do.
We’re looking for someone who brings positivity, stays engaged, and truly cares about helping others. If you’re coachable, motivated, ready to work hard, and excited to grow both personally and professionally (while earning great money along the way), you’ll fit right in here.
