Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory handling, and outbound shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating forklifts and cherry pickers at heights up to 30 feet, staging outbound orders, and ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, and shipped. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with strong warehouse experience, equipment operation skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
  • Stage outbound orders for delivery and distribution
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
  • Work at heights up to 30 feet while performing order fulfillment activities
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift and cherry picker experience
  • Minimum 6 months of RF scanner experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 30 feet
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
