Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join Clinical Ink's Human Resources team based out of our Winston Salem, North Carolina office. In this role, you will support a wide range of Human Resources and administrative functions to help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Generalist's responsibilities and qualifications include:
Responsibilities
  • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees including employee relations, benefit administration, communications, organizational and development programs
  • Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and compile reports from the database; update electronic files to ensure accuracy and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and 401(k) plan
  • Assist with employee requests, benefits enrollment, claims resolution, change reporting, invoice reconciliation, and employee communications
  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies/procedures and maintenance of the employee handbook
  • Conduct recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conduct new-employee orientations/onboarding
  • Provide support in Clinical ink's global expansion initiatives including evaluating vendors, onboarding/offboarding international employees, etc.
  • General clerical support duties including scanning, photocopying, and incoming mail distribution; maintain the office space, act as liaison with landlord and property management; order office supplies as needed
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls as needed; order catering for events as needed
  • Assist with other special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of HR and Administrative support in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong sense of integrity and ability to manage personnel information in a confidential manner
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Ability to work in-office preferred
