Structural Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and driven Structural Engineer to take ownership of the design and execution of impactful civil and structural engineering projects within the industrial sector. In this role, you will work alongside a team of highly experienced engineers, tackling complex engineering challenges and delivering innovative, safe, and efficient structural solutions. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-performance industrial facilities while balancing technical excellence with real-world project demands. You will be trusted to apply your expertise and engineering judgment to ensure designs meet client expectations, stay on schedule, and remain within budget—all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems for large-scale industrial projects.
  • Develop complete structural design packages, including calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring safety, performance, and code compliance.
  • Design and detail critical structural components such as foundations and supporting systems for industrial facilities.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create, review, and coordinate detailed structural models and drawings across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges and drive optimized, practical design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align designs with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Review and refine design documents to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Pay and Benefits
