We are seeking multiple temporary associates:

  • This is a temporary position which is expected to last 60 to 120 days.
  • A 5 to 10 day training class is provided. New associates will need to work 8:00 to 4:30 pm CT during the training.
  • After training, you can determine your own schedule anytime between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm CT

JOB SUMMARY

This position supports the department by reviewing, researching and preparing incoming client and provider submissions for next steps as it relates to No Surprise Act. Position will perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure proper processing of information timely and accurately to maintain departmental quality and turn around requirements.

DUTIES

  1. Analyze email and/or portal submissions to create cases, attach appropriate documentation, populate applicable required system fields, prepare submission accordingly for next steps.
    2. Perform timely data entry in all applicable systems and perform timely outreach to providers and/or clients to obtain necessary information.
    3. Perform claim and system research and determine next steps for appropriate routing, which may include adjustment of medical claims.
    4. Log information derived from written and verbal communications using detailed and accurate documentation.
    5. Meet required production and quality standards.
    6. Provide excellent customer service and strive to continuously improve service delivery according to departmental and corporate guidelines and principles.
    7. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
    8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
    9. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
    10. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data -- this role is considered to be a High-Risk Role.

JOB SCOPE: The incumbent works under general supervision in a self-directed and results oriented manner. The incumbent works within established standards and procedures, relying on a broad range of knowledge gained through experience to complete job responsibilities. Work involves support tasks with moderate to high complexity with more complex issues referred to higher levels.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $17 per hour. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance and 401k.
