Job Duties

  • Perform order entry and editing for orders.
  • Review and process orders with remote entry systems.
  • Process credits and re-invoicing.
  • Provide basic support for all inquiries.
  • Research invoices to approve and/or deny.
  • Complete basic reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Very little to no travel and overnight stays unlikely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (Business)
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Good computer skills
