The Alam Lab is seeking a Temporary Technician to assist in the lab. This individual will perform routine scientific tasks under close supervision or from detailed and controlled lab procedures, including Immunoblot, Protein expression & Purification, qPCR and cell culture analysis. Gather scientific data and provide research data to investigator. Organize and maintain records according to established procedures. Perform routine analysis. Photocopying, handling phone calls and general duties to provide upkeep for lab facility. Assist in monitoring inventory of lab supplies. Purchase, organize and maintain supplies necessary for the conduct of research studies. Keep lab clean and organized
