Overview

The Talent Acquisition Scheduler will provide support services by scheduling interviews for our entry-level, high-volume, Retail Sales role. The individual hired will need to be able to work in a fast-paced setting with the expectation of 15+ interviews scheduled daily to meet our high demand staffing objectives.
This is a temporary (6 month) position with the potential to turn into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
This position provides support to customers and operations nationwide, with a primary focus on the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT). The role requires flexibility to support business needs across multiple time zones, with the majority of coverage and activity occurring during Pacific Time business hours.

• Work alongside the Recruitment team in promoting ARS as a great place to work.
• Outbound dial cold candidate lists to re-engage interest.
• Engage with candidates via email campaigns and Text Message campaigns.
• Assist in screening candidates for basic job responsibilities.
• Review candidate video submissions (HireVue).
• Schedule interviews for high-volume roles (15+ daily).
• Ensure accurate and on-going management of candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
• Assist Talent Acquisition Systems & Compliance Manager with ongoing data entry projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Preferance given to applicants located in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones.
• 1+ year of HR, Recruiting, and/or Inside Sales experience.
• 1+ year of Interview scheduling experience.
• Proven experience working in a remote setting.
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly pivot between priority tasks in an ever changing environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to build successful inter-personal relationships with peers and management teams.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
