In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated pension and employee benefits administration solutions to large public sector clients. You will gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of our comprehensive solution. You will work closely with solution architects, functional leads, developers, and quality assurance teams to create innovative solutions that meet complex business needs. What you'll do

What you bring
  • A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, administrative process automation, or related fields
  • Consulting or implementation background with client-facing experience
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and clients
  • Proficiency in current computer technologies, including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, understand, systematize, and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - You must be fluent in written English for creating clear documentation and presentation materials, and fluent in verbal English for presenting to clients and explaining complex technical concepts in a way that makes sense to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and being on camera - You are confident interacting directly with clients and conducting solution demonstrations
