Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in clinical quality, chart auditing, utilization review, or case review? We're seeking a Clinical Quality Reviewer to join a dynamic team supporting a large federal healthcare program. This is a fully remote opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about improving healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Review medical records to identify quality, safety, and utilization concerns.

  • Conduct comprehensive chart audits and clinical documentation reviews.

  • Identify Potential Quality Issues (PQIs) and prepare detailed case summaries and recommendations.

  • Support peer review and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Medical Directors and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Analyze trends and recommend opportunities to improve patient care and outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and program requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience (Medical-Surgical and/or Behavioral Health preferred).

  • Strong clinical documentation and professional writing skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) background clearance.

  • Must reside in one of the approved remote work states.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) experience.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Comfortable working across multiple healthcare systems and applications.
