As a member of the patient care team, the RN collaborates, communicates, and facilitates care with providers and patients or families. Virtual nurses maintain patient anonymity and safety through the use of various technological platforms. - Experience:Advancement from an RN I orat least one (1) year, continuous experience in a comparable patient care setting. RNs must remain at this level for a minimum of one year before applying for advancement.
- Certification(s):Reference Mandatory Education for Clinical and Support Staff Policy for most current Certification requirements and complete required certifications within the grace period.
- License(s):Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
External Hires: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.
