The Opportunity with McKinstry 

We are adding aSenior Program Managerto our dynamic and growing National Technical Services team. The Senior Program Manager will lead a technical delivery team to deliver complex multi-offeringprojects within the Technical Services business. In this role, you will lead cross functional teams in the planning, discovery, and implementation of Technical Services solutions for clients to improve energy, maintenance, and operational efficiency of critical facilities. This position will play a key role in the Technical Services Consulting program evolution and provides SME support to business development. Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure effective projectdelivery from initial project opportunity identification through stabilization of Technical Services. 
  • Plan program milestones and schedule for implementation. 
  • Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction withprogram transition(s). 
  • Oversee programevaluation, collecting program feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution. 
  • Own program financialperformance through the turnover of operations. 
  • Hire, coach and performance manage team members consistent with McKinstryvalues. 
  • Up to 30% travel in support of client and project success.
  • Other duties asassigned. 

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 

  • 10-15 years relevant experience. 
  • Expertise in a specific program (Cx, BEA, TSO, MSI,FA). 
  • Understanding of various types of commissioning project lifecycles desired. 
  • Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and ExternalInteractions. 
  • Proficient in project management/people leadership/salesacumen.

The pay range for this position is $114,2010 - $173.610 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
