Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Research Specialistis responsible foranalyzing demographic, geographic, competitive, andstoreperformance data to support strategic retail site selection and market development initiatives.In addition to salesforecasting,thisrole partners closely with the Real Estate team and cross-functional departments to evaluate cannibalization impacts andoptimizestore deployment strategies.TheResearchSpecialistconducts desktop market research, assesses site development plans, and integrates multiple data sources to provide data-driven recommendations and final sales forecasts that support informed real estate investment decisions.Independentsalesforecastingand siteanalysisservesas the primary focus of this role and is the foundation for supporting real estate decision-making.

Certifications, Experience, and Education:
Education:Bachelor's degree in real estate,geography,dataanalysis, or similar field of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
