This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients via secure digital platforms. We value flexibility, and while our primary working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, there may be occasional requirements for evening or weekend appointments to meet client needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and goals.
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to case conferences, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes adolescents and adults dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and the effects of addiction. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles and foster resilience in their lives.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in various mental health settings.

• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary treatment teams or programs for behavioral health.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
