Job description

At Mercy Hospital South, we’re proud to be a place where compassionate care and clinical excellence come together every day. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team full-time during the day shift.

In this vital role, you’ll work with patients facing complex medical challenges - helping them regain function, independence, and dignity during critical stages of recovery. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to make a meaningful impact from day one, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Prefer Hand Therapy Experience 

  • Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.

  • Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association

  • Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations

  • Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
