  • Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth market research, secure and validate borrower/broker documentation, perform site visits, and deliver actionable intelligence on demographic trends, supply/demand dynamics, and competitive positioning.

  • Portfolio Management: Monitor asset and portfolio performance, track construction draws/budgets/timelines (for development loans), prepare quarterly/annual reporting, and provide value-add recommendations.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private real estate credit/debt, private equity real estate, or real estate investment banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and scenario/stress analysis; experience with Argus Enterprise is highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic understanding of construction process, and property-level due diligence.
  • Familiarity with insurance capital or long-duration investment mandates is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work with a high-performing, collaborative team at the intersection of finance, strategy, and investment.
  • Exposure to sophisticated investment structures and institutional capital partners.
  • A culture that values integrity, partnership, and long-term thinking.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
