Rapid Response Care Coordinator
Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Nationally Ranked PAS Agency
Benevolent Hearts Home Care is hiring a Rapid Response Care Coordinator to support clients and caregivers in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. This role is perfect for a CNA who loves variety, problemsolving, and stepping in to help wherever needed.
You'll handle urgent fillins, afterhours orientations, new client starts, supervisory visits, and oncall rotation. If you're dependable, compassionate, techfriendly, and thrive on staying busy, you'll fit right in.
Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate
What You'll Do
  • Respond to lastminute callouts and fill caregiver shifts
  • Complete new client starts and afterhours orientations
  • Conduct supervisory visits and client checkins
  • Support caregivers with training and field needs
  • Deliver supplies and assist with documentation
  • Participate in oncall rotation and occasional evenings
What You Need
  • Active CNA certification
  • 2+ years experience supporting individuals with functional disabilities
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and perform inhome care tasks
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, cando attitude
  • Comfort with fastpaced, changing priorities
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday availability, with rotating weekends (35 hours guaranteed)
