What are themain responsibilities?
AsourSales Representative you develop andmaintaina complete knowledge of Mondelez International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures, including:
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines.
Sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, sources of product and distribution,maintainingschematics and uses, as well as proper merchandising.
Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to drive Mondelez International and customer growth.
Abilityto ina fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking thestoreshelves.
Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $44,700-$61,490; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
