What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of CT scans and X-ray procedures independently and accurately.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Operate and troubleshoot CT, CR, and PACS systems effectively.
- Follow infection control protocols per hospital and OSHA standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold department policies.
- Provide excellent communication to patients and healthcare team members.
- Assist with supervision or training of department personnel when needed.
- Complete mandatory educational modules and maintain department competencies.
- Support the department's operational needs by managing equipment and documentation.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid CT and X-ray license/certification
- Prior CT and general X-ray experience
- Strong knowledge of radiology procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and Tiger Text formats
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
Preferred:
- Prior hospital or clinical setting experience
- Certification in infection control and patient safety protocols
