Job description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Licensed and accredited by ARRT and State, if applicable and required by law
  • BLS certification
  • 1 year experience preferred as a Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech
  • Experience in computed tomography is highly preferred
  • Training and/or experience specific to radiology practices regarding neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Willingness to cross-train in additional imaging modalities
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with patients, co-workers, practitioners, and visitors
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with computer applications; Meditech Health Information System is preferred
