Your New Role...

The Hero Content Programming Temp is responsible for assisting in the social and app distribution of Bleacher Report's top content with a focus on YouTube, including marquee shows The Edge with Micah Parsons, On Base with Mookie Betts, and more. They are tasked with real-time content review, curating top moments and providing feedback on social-first edits. They will work with content, programming and design stakeholders with a focus on optimizing YouTube performance.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Real-time review of marquee shows and projects, including The Edge with Micah Parsons, On Base with Mookie Betts, and more
  • Identify, curate and review edits from B/R's top content offerings
  • Optimizing YouTube title and thumbnail strategy across Bleacher Report properties
  • Review social-first edits and provide feedback with the goal of increasing viewership
  • Channel B/R's voice as you distribute content across all platforms

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • Passionate sports fan, you live and breathe sports and want to make it a career
  • Experience working to optimize YouTube title and thumbnail strategy
  • This role operates on nights and weekends to support show schedules
  • 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
  • Thumbnail experience preferred with ability to adjust to latest platform strategy
  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Awareness of B/R's voice across app and social platforms
  • Avid consumer of sports content across multiple publishers and podcasts/shows
