Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Forward Deployed Data Engineer for an innovative global organization redefining how enterprise data and AI solve real-world business challenges. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Forward Deployed Data Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments where ideas quickly become production-ready solutions. If you're passionate about AI agents, modern data architecture and partnering directly with stakeholders to solve complex business problems, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade data and AI solutions from concept through deployment
  • Build scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks
  • Design data pipelines, APIs and backend services supporting business-critical applications
  • Develop LLM, RAG and AI-powered workflows that improve decision-making
  • Partner directly with product, engineering and business leaders to define technical solutions
  • Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams and technical roadmaps
  • Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practices
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation

What You'll Need
  • 6+ years of software or data engineering experience
  • Expertise designing end-to-end data platforms and cloud-based architectures
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, NoSQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience delivering solutions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
