Location: Typhoon Texas Waterpark - Houston The Guest Experience Team is the heartbeat of park atmosphere, dedicated to bringing high-energy fun directly to our guests. As a member of the in-park Guest Experience team, you will be responsible for engaging guests in line, leading interactive games, and facilitating sing-alongs. This role is perfect for outgoing personalities who are comfortable on camera and love creating memorable moments for families and children.
In-Park Entertainment and Games:

  • Interactive Programming: Lead and facilitate high-energy activities, including park-wide activities and organized games for children and families.
  • Engagement: Proactively engage with guests in attraction lines to provide entertainment, play quick-fire trivia, and maintain a high-vibe atmosphere.
  • Crowd Participation: Encourage guest involvement in daily events, ensuring everyone feels included and part of the Typhoon Texas fun.
Social Media and Content Creation:
  • On-Camera Presence: Serve as a recurring face for the park's social media channels, participating in trends, "man-on-the-street" style interviews, and promotional videos.
  • Content Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that highlight the guest experience and park energy.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a professional and enthusiastic persona that aligns with the park's brand identity across all digital and in-person platforms.
Guest Engagement and Atmosphere:
  • Proactive Hospitality: Roam designated zones of the park to create "wow" moments through spontaneous interactions and small-scale entertainment.
  • Activity Coordination: Manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of all entertainment props, sound equipment, and prize distributions.
  • Safety and Standards: Ensure all games and activities are conducted in a safe, family-friendly manner that adheres to park policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High-energy, outgoing personality with a natural ability to entertain and lead groups.
  • Comfortable performing, singing, and speaking in front of large crowds and on camera.
  • Previous experience in performance, camp counseling, or social media content creation is a plus.
