Prospecting & Discovery Identify and qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting. Engage HR, finance, procurement, and C-level stakeholders to understand needs. Conduct discovery meetings focused on engagement challenges and workforce dynamics. 2. Solution Selling & Proposal Development Design customized proposals aligned with fiscal, cultural, and organizational objectives. Collaborate with Tender Specialists to support formal RFPs and documentation. Co-create business cases emphasizing engagement ROI and digital adoption. 3. Sales Process Execution Lead full-cycle deal management including demos, legal reviews, and contract negotiation. Use Salesforce to maintain rigorous pipeline tracking and forecasting. Engage with Product, Legal, and Merchant teams for solution validation. YOU ARE A MATCH IF... Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or Public Affairs. Work Experience: 5–7+ years in strategic B2B enterprise sales. Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms. Familiarity with public/private tenders and long-cycle deals. Skills & Certifications: Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously. Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage. Languages: For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the French is required.
