  • Support the integration of BIM with project controls, scheduling, cost management, asset information, and construction planning processes, including 4D and 5D applications.
  • Establish and monitor BIM performance metrics, model validation processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the resolution of BIM-related issues and interface management between design, construction, temporary works, and permanent works activities.
  • Manage digital delivery resources and support project staffing requirements to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and deliver BIM training, guidance, and mentoring programs to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote digital innovation initiatives, automation, visualization, digital twins, and data-driven decision-making to enhance project delivery and operational outcomes.
  • Support the development of handover and asset information requirements to facilitate future operations and maintenance activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Management, or related discipline.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management, digital delivery, or VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) within major infrastructure or transit projects.
    • Demonstrated experience leading BIM implementation on large-scale transportation, rail, transit, or infrastructure projects.
    • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management processes, and ISO 19650 principles.
