Support Services | Dayton, OH | Full-Time - Temporary Position | Days


PLEASE NOTE: This is temporary, project-based role to assist during a technology integration. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Three or more years experience in a Materials Management related position.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based procurement system
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment operation including, computer, fax machine, etc.
  •  Performs a variety of computer input, supply procurement processes for departments and/or product categories/companies as assigned.
  • Assumes Charge responsibility in the absence of the Manager.
  • Assists the Manager in all aspects of Material Distribution and inventory control.
  • Assist and adjust all par level forms.
  • Assist Material Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Distribution to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Displays strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude. Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times.
  • Works on time and attendance and schedule, performs par leveling back up as needed.
  • Performs cycle counts and maintains records as required.
  • Ability to multitask and cover all areas of Materials Distribution as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of High School or it’s equivalent
