Job description

Contract

Maesa is hiring a temporary Project Manager at its New York headquarters to drive product launches across its beauty and fragrance portfolio. A mass-retail launch is a hundred dependencies wearing a single ship date: formula, fragrance, components, artwork, filling, and retailer logistics all landing together, the machinery our field-to-flacon guide walks through and a PM turns into a schedule.

About the Role

The Project Manager owns cross-functional launch timelines: building and policing critical paths, running stage-gate meetings, chasing decisions across brand, development, packaging, and operations, flagging risks before they become delays, and reporting status leadership can act on. Several concurrent launches at different stages is the normal load.

Who Should Apply

PMs with product development or launch experience in beauty, fragrance, or CPG; command of timeline tools; and the polite relentlessness that keeps ten teams honest. Contract engagement based in New York.
