As a Bilingual Project Manager, you will lead high-impact commercial projects that support Baxter's healthcare customers across Canada. This is where you can drive the successful implementation of new products, capital equipment, and strategic business initiatives that help healthcare providers deliver critical patient care.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and customers to manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and business objectives are achieved. This is an opportunity to contribute to projects that directly support Baxter's mission while helping advance operational and digital efficiencies across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial projects from planning through execution, including capital equipment implementations, new product launches, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and key milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Global teams.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies to support successful project delivery.
  • Manage project changes and ensure alignment between customer requirements, project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Track project issues and risks, escalate concerns when appropriate, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve project execution through digital tools, process improvements, and standardized practices.

What You'll Bring

  • College diploma or university degree.
  • Fluency in both French and English are required.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Project management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience implementing products, services, or solutions in healthcare settings.
  • Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment and ability to travel up to 20%

At Baxter,we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 CAD annually, which reflects base salary as wellas estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will bedetermined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company andindividual performance outcomes.
