Senior Project Manager (Contract) – Digital Product Design

Contract Duration: July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (high likelihood of extension into 2027, but not guaranteed)

Location: Dearborn, MI (onsite 4 days per week)

Rate: Up to $55-60/hour (W2 or C2C, no PTO or benefits)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support Digital Product Design initiatives, with a specific focus on the within the mobile app of our automotive client. This individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring project visibility, and driving execution within a large, complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Manage project budgets and monitor spend against planned allocations
  • Develop and maintain clear project documentation (status reports, project plans, risks/issues logs)
  • Oversee and support ticket management workflows within project tracking systems
  • Assist with intake processes, including prioritization and resource alignment for incoming work
  • Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigation strategies
  • Provide consistent stakeholder communication and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large, complex organizations
  • Strong background in:
    • Project tracking and execution
    • Budget management
    • Documentation and reporting
    • Ticket and workflow management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
