This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Partner with business leaders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and RAID logs.

Who You Are:
  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience leading business-focused initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing project budgets ranging from $150K to multi-million-dollar initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
  • Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred.
  • Consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership in complex organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen with budget planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
