14504 - Cybersecurity Risk Analyst (onsite) – Houston, TX
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Houston, TX (required);
• Experience in OT, ICS, or industrial environments;
• Experience in Gas, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure operations;
• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration;
• Experience in Cybersecurity, risk management, or vulnerability management;
• Experience translating cybersecurity risks and OT exposures into business-relevant impacts and options;
• Experience with security reviews for OT environments and hybrid IT/OT architectures.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner to business units to align cybersecurity with reliability and business outcomes.
• Translate technical vulnerabilities and security findings into clear, actionable insights for leaders and operators.
• Support decision-making by framing risk tradeoffs and remediation paths rather than just identifying control gaps.
• Assist with security reviews for Operational Technology (OT) and hybrid IT/OT architectures.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to understand real-world system usage versus theoretical design.
• Help prioritize remediation efforts based on specific operational impact and calculated risk.
• Gather and document security requirements in a format that is easily usable by non-security teams.
