Labor Solutions is hiring a reliable Production Worker for our Urbandale team. You will operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure quality standards. This is a consistent, daylight shift in a clean facility.


Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay: $18.50/hr.



What You Will Do

  • Operate Equipment: Run and monitor production machinery safely.
  • Assemble Products: Build parts using blueprints and work orders.
  • Inspect Quality: Check raw materials and finished goods for defects.
  • Move Materials: Load, unload, and transport items up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain Workspace: Keep your station clean, safe, and organized.
